LCLR trains over the Jubilee weekend (Thurs 2nd June & Sat 4th June 2022)

This was the first public outing of our newly restored Nocton Estates carriage (known as the Queen Mary) and Dean Walker had travelled specially from Nottingham to be the first paying passenger in this vehicle.  (photo C. Bates)

Saturdays trains on June 4th were steam hauled by Jurassic and had to be strengthened to 3 coaches due to the large number of passengers. The Nocton Queen Mary coach is next to the locomotive.

Today was the first time that the LCLR Skegness had run with 3 carriages - nice to see so many visitors!
