New WW1 locomotive arrives at LCLR

A WW1 petrol Simplex locomotive arrived at the LCLR today. This has been purchased by the railway from it`s private owner who had it on display at the Imperial War Museum WW1 narrow gauge railway display at RAF Duxford.
It was lifted onto LCLR metals at the Walls Lane headshunt after the heavy rain/hail shower passed.
Turning the loco so that it faces the same way as the other 9 Simplex locos on site.
A little hand-shunting through Walls lane points...
... to allow T3 to couple up for the move up to the shed.
Presently the loco is a non-runner but will be assessed for restoration to working condition at the LCLR.
